kaguraTerms of Use
When you create an account on kagura, you enter into a service agreement with us. Our terms set out your rights and obligations as a user, our liability limits, and the rules governing deposits, withdrawals, disputes, and account closure. These terms apply to all kagura services—football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), live-dealer tables, slot games, and any other offerings we make available on our platform.
We operate kagura as an online entertainment service available only where local law permits. Your use of our platform confirms that you reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legal and that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming in your location. We do not verify every user's jurisdiction in real time; you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your own local law. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming, you may not open a kagura account or use our services.
These terms are not a marketing document. They are binding conditions that govern how we operate and what we expect from you. We update these terms periodically; your continued use of kagura after any update means you accept the new terms. If you disagree with our terms at any time, you may close your account and request a withdrawal of your balance.
Account Opening and Your Obligations on kagura
To open a kagura account, you provide your full legal name, date of birth, national identity number (or passport), and residential address. We verify this information against government registries and cross-check it against our fraud databases. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory; we cannot activate your account until verification is complete. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days, though it may take longer if we require additional documents.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If you submit false or misleading details, we reserve the right to close your account, forfeit your balance, and report you to relevant authorities. You must also be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use kagura.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else, and you may not create multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts from the same person or shared credentials, we will close all associated accounts and forfeit balances. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and two-factor authentication codes. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms on kagura
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet virtual accounts). Each payment method has its own processing time and fees (set by your payment provider, not by us). Once we receive and confirm your deposit, the funds are credited to your kagura balance immediately. Deposits are final; we cannot reverse them once confirmed by your payment provider, even if you request a refund.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method you registered during account opening. We may request additional verification (such as a copy of your ID or bank statement) before approving large withdrawals or if your withdrawal pattern changes suddenly. This verification is standard financial practice and helps us prevent fraud. Once we approve your withdrawal request, we initiate the transfer to your payment provider; settlement timing depends on your bank or e-wallet operator.
We do not hold bonuses or promotional credits indefinitely
Any promotional offer on kagura carries specific terms (turnover requirements, expiry date, game restrictions). Once the offer expires or the condition is unmet, the promotional balance is forfeited. Read the terms of any promotion before claiming it.
Betting, Settlement, and Dispute Resolution on kagura
When you place a bet on kagura—whether on Liga 1 odds, a live blackjack hand, or a slot spin—you agree that the outcome is final once our system confirms it. For sports markets, settlement occurs when the match or event concludes; for live-dealer games, settlement occurs when the dealer declares the result; for slots, settlement occurs immediately after the spin completes. We do not revert settled bets except in cases of clear system error or fraud.
If you believe a bet has settled incorrectly, you may submit a dispute within 7 days of the event via our support channel. We will review our transaction logs, dealer video feeds (for live games), and market data to determine the correct outcome. If we find an error on our side, we will credit your account. If we find no error, the settlement stands.
Our live-dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Dealers are trained professionals operating under standard casino rules. If you dispute a dealer's decision (for example, whether a card was properly dealt or a number correctly called), we may request a clip of the relevant section. Our review is final; we do not appeal to the dealer or third parties.
We operate kagura with fixed odds (for sports markets) and certified random-number generators (for slots). We do not manipulate outcomes based on player identity or bet size.
Our Liability and Your Jurisdiction on kagura
We provide kagura "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. While we invest in redundancy and security, technical outages may occur. If an outage affects your account, we will restore your balance to its pre-outage state based on our transaction logs. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost winnings due to downtime) beyond the amount in your account at the time of the incident.
Our maximum liability to you is the total amount of funds in your kagura account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for third-party payment provider errors (such as delays or failed transfers by DANA, e-wallet, or your bank). You must resolve such issues directly with your payment provider; we can only assist in confirming our side of the transaction.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which kagura operates. However, we acknowledge that users access our platform from many locations. Our services are available only where local law permits online gaming. If you reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you may not use kagura, and any account you have opened is invalid. We do not provide legal advice on whether our services are lawful in your location; you are responsible for verifying this.
Account Closure and Data Retention on kagura
You may close your kagura account at any time by submitting a request via our support team. We will verify your identity, process any outstanding transactions, and issue a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; if you wish to use kagura again, you must create a new account and re-verify your identity.
We retain your account data (transaction history, identity documents, communications) for as long as we operate kagura and for a period thereafter to comply with financial regulations. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law (for example, anti-money-laundering investigations by government authorities). Our full privacy policy is available on our platform and describes data handling in detail.
If you have questions about these terms or our policies, contact our support team. Our team is available via live chat, email, and phone during posted hours. For users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan, we maintain local support channels. During major holidays—Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek—response times may extend, but we maintain emergency contact availability.
By using kagura, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms in full. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms we publish.
